All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or substitute items in hampers of equal or greater value if necessary (for example, due to stock changes or seasonal availability).
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order, but a contract is not formed until your payment has been processed and we have confirmed dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where products are mispriced, out of stock, or unavailable.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure payment provider.
5. Delivery
We deliver hampers and gift boxes nationwide using An Post.
Delivery times may vary, particularly during busy periods. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control.
Please ensure that delivery details are accurate and complete — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
6. Refunds and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Perishable or opened food and drink items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it will be subject to the returns process outlined above.
