The Sharing Feast
€40 per person (Includes a welcome drink)
A generous Spanish-leaning menu built from great West Cork produce: marinated olives & spiced almonds, West Cork charcuterie, sizzling Atlantic prawns pil-pil, beef & pork albondigas in smoky tomato sauce with melted Coolea, tempura haddock with saffron & lemon aioli, and Skeaghanore duck & fresh thyme croquetta with cranberry aioli. Plant-based dishes include our Andalusian spinach & chickpea stew, and beetroot carpaccio with orange, pistachio & dill. To finish: Five Farms Irish Cream crème brûlée or Cointreau affogato.
