Delivery & Delivery Charges

All orders over €100 are delivered free of charge anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €100 are subject to a €6 delivery charge. We do not currently offer delivery to NI.

Where an order is split and sent to multiple addresses delivery charges are calculated seperately for each individual delivery address.

Our Delivery Partner

We use An Post as our delivery partner. Using the small post office in our rural village helps keep it open!

Orders are dispatched the next working day after the order is placed. However we do not dispatch orders on Fridays, therefore orders placed Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Please allow up to two to four working days for delivery, your order may be delivered sooner but we cannot guarantee this.

Checking Your Order

You will receive an email confirming your order. Please check this email carefully, in particular to ensure that the delivery address is correct and includes the correct eircode.

If you notice any problems please contact us right away.

Receiving Your Delivery

You will receive an email letting you know that your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address you give is one where there is someone who can accept day-time deliveries. Any order containing alcohol must be accepted by someone over the age of 18. If you are sending a gift remember that you will need to alert the recipient to expect a parcel.

We take great care in preparing your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. It is very important that you open your parcel as soon as possible and store the contents appropriately.

Choosing a Delivery Date

A date in the future for dispatch can be selected. Please bear in mind that deliveries in Ireland can be made Tuesday-Friday only.

Holiday Deliveries

During the Christmas and other holiday periods please be aware of the potential for delays, if you require your package by a particular day please consider choosing an early delivery date.

We highly recommend placing orders as early as possible to be certain they will arrive in good time.

We will post notices on our website and social media channels well in advance of major holidays advising you of the last dates for ordering.

Delayed Orders

In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.

If your order has not arrived 4 days after we let you know it has been dispatched, please contact us.

Returns Policy

If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit or the parcel contains incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible by email at We will refund or replace any such items and cover reasonable costs of return.

If you wish to cancel an order or to return unwanted items you can also do so, subject to certain conditions. In such cases you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and any refund agreed will not include original delivery charges.
